The Infection Prevention unit is designed to provide services ranging from day to day care of patients with infectious diseases to preventing infectious diseases from occurring within patients during treatment. Our Infection Prevention Department is in the lowest ranking according to national averages.
We implement daily surveillance of infected patient’s culture reports and charts to monitor progress.
We actively monitor interactions between infected patients, health care personnel and visitors and observe strict hand hygiene and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) protocols.
We provide evidenced-based practice and follow CDC guideline to implement Infection control care to ensure right care and recovery.
